π Hello, friends! Dr. Molina here π¨βπ§
Welcome to Dr.Molina Newsletter, where I break down Magnetic design for you every week, in
4 minutesthe time needed.
My birthday was last week, and I turned 37. This has been a great year. I became a father, and this is much more important than anything else.
This newsletter will be the last one until September. During this year, I have kept the NL in good shape. I have published 44 since September, and you have continued reading week after week. Thank you. This has been the reason why I have found time to manage a great company and write my thoughts (almost) every week.
To conclude this season, I am bringing you some thoughts after 37 years in this world and some news about Mag&Mad, the conference about magnetics that we are organizing.
Seven lessons I have learned in the last 7 years
1.Β Β You have to learn how to say hello and goodbye.
2.Β Β Long-term plans are the most important ones.
3.Β Β Getting the sh*t done is difficult. 95% done isnβt completed.
4.Β Β Get used to having difficult conversations.
5.Β Β Other peopleβs preferences are totally different from yours.
6.Β Β Donβt be afraid of the future, because it doesnβt exist.
7.Β Β Life is so long that there is time for everything.

We will have hands-on workshops in the lab and panel sessions.
We have secured dates, a place, a list of speakers, and the tickets.
