First of all, thank you for reading!

2022 is here and sounds futuristic, I feel driving the Delorian in Back to the Future.

Instead of doing a list of intentions for 2022, I will review 2021.

Achievements

✅ I posted More than 60 LinkedIn publications (More than 10 posts with more than 15.000 views)

✅ I appeared for the first time on Region TV (Telemadrid)

✅ I appeared for the first time on National Radio (RNE 5)

✅ We appeared for the first time on National (La 2, RNE)

✅ We appeared for the first time on the most mediatic News Paper of Spain (El país)

✅  We raised $5m from TOP European VCs. I’m not a fan of celebrating the funding rounds, but this round was one of my goals for extending the company to the USA. Besides, the new investors are amazing 🤩.

✅ We traveled to the USA, to incorporate Frenetic and have work face to face with our customers

✅ I created the Newsletter 😊. I’m excited to learn more about magnetics and share the content with all of you. In the third edition, I reached more than 450 reads.

✅ More than 2000 minutes meditating + 3 days of meditation retreat (+10h meditating)

✅ 20 books

✅ In 2021 I have traveled more than ever, I have been in Germany twice (Berlin and Munich), Italy (Rapallo), Turkey (Istanbul), the USA (LA, SF, San Diego), and nice places in Spain(Cadiz, Egino, Barcelona, and Asturias).

Room for improve

❌ Balance sleep time

❌ Control my personal finances

❌ Unregular meditation habit in summer, doing more last quarter very difficult

❌ Quality time with my wife and family 😞.

Let’s rock 2k22

In 2022 I will be back in the USA in March for a longer stay to continue the expansion. Especially important to hire a country manager and some field application engineers to help us in the technical support.

I’m very excited to continue studying and reviewing the state of the art of magnetics and power electronics and sharing them in this Newsletter.

I would like to share the Frenetic Road Map and the improvements in our algorithms due to the work on the Laboratory (Juan Aguaron, I need you here!).
