#30 🚀 What I have learnt during a weekend in a Professional tennis academy

Most people that know me well are aware of my passion for football and tennis, but since I can´t play football anymore, I just play tennis.
Last weekend I lived my dream of training as a professional in the Tennis academy Equelite, where Carlos Alcaraz (Withing the best World Top 10 players) is currently training.
During the weekend, I learned a lot about tennis, but also about preparing my mind for stressful situations in business and life.
I had opportunity of:
👉 To train as a professional during 8 hours (I was exhausted)
👉 Play a tournament of amateurs (I won my division🏆)
👉 Learn how they prepare the mind of the players
This last point is the reason of this edition.
They train the players to follow 2 simple rules:
Focus on doing the movements in the right way, the result is a consequence.
If you focus on following the right steps, even if the result is not as expected at the beginning, you are working on your procedure, what will last forever.Be patiente.
The opponent is more afraid than you are.
Sometimes, you are afraid of failing, you have insecurity of yourself. However, you are not thinking in the opponent fears. They are even more afraid than you are of your hit.
I’m taking these 2 simples rules to the Magnetic Design. We are suffering the problem of the complexity of the prediction models, but if you follow a scientific method and don´t focus on the power converter as an enemy, but as a child to educate, you will end up your work earlier and with success.
